天然氣發動機供氣系統故障診斷方法研究

你是想要翻譯吧?Abstract: Natrual gas engines are important power machineries in petrochemical industry and other industries, the operating state of these equipments have a direct relationship to the field productive progress. Therefore, it is indispensable to develop its fault diagnosis. Gas supplying system of natural gas engine is its principal difference to the traditional ones; So, it has great significance to study on its diagnosis methods.This thesis mainly researches on them from the following three aspects. 1. According to the field practical situation, frames the overall development of fault diagnosises; determines the equipment parameters from field records and the plans of how to gather vibration signals. 2. Deals with equipment parameters and vibration signals, proposes a concept of relative speed; By comparing and selecting abs Peak value and P-P value,regards them as feature indexes; utilizes the least-squares to match equipment characteristic curves. 3. Based on the field accumulated experiences and test results to determine cri.te.ri.a of fault diagnosis; to forecast operating states of equipments.
